A platform built to help job seekers create professional resumes easily and effectively.
I built resumezip.io because writing resumes sucks. Especially as a developer, formatting a PDF shouldn’t feel harder than fixing CORS issues. So in February 2025, I said “enough is enough” and built the tool I wish I had.
This started as a personal project fueled by the pain of trying to align bullet points in Word and figuring out Latex syntax on Overleaf. I know I’m not alone, that's why I built this.
resumezip.io isn't here to make profits. It's here to help people. The tool combines clean templates with helpful suggestions to help you create a professional resume quickly. I'm constantly working to improve it based on your feedback and bug reports.
Clean, professional templates designed for you
Built with simplicity in mind so you can focus on content
100% free to use. No sign-up fees, no upsells
This tool is completely free to use, and I have no plans to charge for it cause I'm awesome. However, if you find it helpful and want to support its development, here are a few ways you can help:
1. Tell me what’s broken (or brilliant). Got feedback? Found a bug? Thought “why does this button look like that?”, "why is the guy who built this awesome" I want to know.
2. Spread the word. Know a developer, student, or AI (ffs I hope not) trying to land a job? Send them this link. The more people it helps, the better.
3. Contribute to the code. If you're a dev and want to build cool stuff with me, shoot me an email. We'll write code and debug together.
4. Stalk me online.I will post updates and project ramblings on LinkedIn. Come say hi, or just follow along so I feel famous.
5. Pay it forward. Build your own thing. Share it with the world. I believe in the power of community-driven projects. If you don't know how to code, be kind i guess.
It's free, simple, and designed to help you put your best foot forward.
